The Brief
Totally refit the existing kitchen creating a lighter, more sociable space.
The Experience
My old dark kitchen has been transformed into a warm family space with plenty of room for cooking, chatting and eating… and it’s flooded with natural light.
Kingston by Design was the obvious choice because, from start to finish, they would be responsible for the whole job – initial designs, plumbing, wiring and extra building work – and they are a local company. It made perfect sense.
My kitchen installation has changed far more than I could ever have imagined: beautiful hand painted wooden furniture, smart granite silestone worksurfaces, new lighting and under – floor heating which makes the whole room feel luxurious and welcoming. The biggest transformation is how natural light now pours in.
Kingston by Design removed an external wall and installed a small conservatory, creating space for a dining room table. It has transformed the way we use the whole house!
The one thing that thrills me the most is the central Feature Island unit. I’ve always wanted one, and Jeremy made sure I got one. It is so very useful, and makes the kitchen easy and fun to work with. I love it.
The Result
Hand painted kitchen installation with granite work surface, new lighting, under floor heating, new conservatory. Neff integrated appliances. A Brittania range cooker.
